UNATTAINABLE
LOVE
You
will say: "Well! He has told us everything about the difficulty
of experiencing love as a couple". But, in actual fact, I haven't
because I still haven't talked about the principal cause of our
inability to experience a growth of love as a couple.
This
last fundamental reason is that living as a couple and loving each
other is essentially impossible. No one has ever succeeded. The
idea of love as a couple is a Ômystical' delirium, stuff invented
by a sailor gone mad after twenty months without seeing land.
It is with a dream... Perhaps in some cases it has come true...
you know... who can say... where is the evidence, the witnesses...
it's a legend like the miracle of the loaves and fish, Saint Francis
who talks to the wolf, the Beatles.
They
are not scientifically provables.
Love is a phenomenon that in nature exists only in a broad sense.
The lion and lioness, for example, don't go dancing, don't watch
television together and don't discuss the merits of sending the
children to an experimental school.
That
is, practically speaking, love is a human invention. Do you remember
that lunatic who in ancient Greece constructed two pairs of wings
in order to fly away from the labyrinth together with his son? Well...all
nonsense, not true at all. Mythology. Today, however, you might
miss your plane. As if to say, who knows, maybe in the future, maybe,
the impossible can become real.
